PTP Model School
WILLIE C. PETERS MEMORIAL SCHOOL
Willie C. Peters Memorial School was founded in 2004 as a community school in the New Barrack Community, Central Buchanan, Grand Bassa County Republic of Liberia has graduated over 700 primary school students. In July 2018, Preparing Tomorrow's People - PTP signed an agreement with the Willie C. Peters family to operate the Willie C. Peters Memorial School as a PTP Model School. The school was founded to offer free services to help less fortunate children in the community to attain quality education as compared to their fortunate counterparts. It is located in a community where there are schools that offer educational services with high charges, denying less fortunate kids the right to basic education. PTP, upon taking over met the school in a deplorable state both in its administration and infrastructure and it is our hope to bring it to a standard conducive to provide services that makes learning bearable for these less fortunate but future leaders of this country. It is our vision to turn Willie C. Peters Memorial School to a Technical High School. We at PTP are soliciting partnership with individuals and organizations in order to make this dream come true.
